Domestic Shipping
Delivery within Abuja takes 1-3 working days while deliveries outside Abuja within Nigeria take 5-7 working days.
International Shipping
- International orders are shipped insured via DHL, so they are trackable. Shipping costs fluctuate based on weight and delivery location. You can track your order on the carrier’s website using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.
- Please note that customs delays may occur.
Returns & Exchanges Policy and Process
Items can be returned, exchanged, or refunded if we receive them within the following time frames:
TIMELINE:
- 3 business days for Abuja order
- 5 business days for orders within Nigeria outside Abuja
- 10 business days for international shipments
Items must be in our possession within these time limits to qualify for an exchange or refund—no exceptions.
For “Pick up in store” orders, refunds are available only if collected within a week; after that, only store credit is offered. Orders picked up after 4 weeks are not eligible for exchanges or refunds.
EXCEPTIONS: Items fitted or purchased in-store cannot be returned or exchanged. Online purchases cannot be swapped for in-store items.
CHARGES:
- We do not provide shipping labels, so customers must return items to Keenscollection at their own expense.
- For exchanges, the customer must cover any additional delivery fees, which will match the original shipping cost.
- Once we receive your return, exchanges will be shipped within 48-72 hours, and refunds will be processed within 4-7 business days.
- Note that refund times may vary based on the payment method used.
METHOD OF REFUNDING:
Refunds will be issued minus shipping costs through the same payment method used for the purchase.
PRODUCT CONDITION:
- Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging to qualify for exchange or refund.
- If an item arrives damaged, a refund or exchange cannot be processed, and the customer will bear the shipping costs for returns.
- Sale items or those bought with discount codes are not eligible for refunds or exchanges; only full-price items qualify.
- If you receive a faulty item, please report it within 3 days of delivery and return it within the timeline mentioned; otherwise, we cannot accept the return.
